Standard Mental Health First Aid
The 12-hour Standard Mental Health First Aid course is for any interested adult. You will learn how to assist an adult who may be experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis until appropriate professional help is received or the crisis resolves, using a practical, evidence-based action plan.

Online Mental Health First Aid
The Blended MHFA Workplace/Community is in an online format & involves 2 course components.
Component 1 - A self-paced eLearning component (takes 5-7 hours to complete). This component must be completed before attending the Zoom sessions.
Component 2 - Consists of 2 x 2.5 hour Instructor led Zoom sessions from 9.30am to 12pm (Adelaide/SA time)

Includes Dianne coordinating the eLearning access, a MHFA manual being posted to you and Dianne facilitating the 2 Instructor led Zoom sessions.
Online Mental Health First Aid is only available for Group Bookings (Min 6 Max 12).
Online Refresher Mental Health First Aid
Refresher courses are a 5 hour course delivered on Zoom that allow people who have previously completed a 12 hour Mental Health First Aid course to refresh their knowledge and skills. For people who are Accredited MHFAiders, the refresher courses offer an opportunity to extend their accreditation for a further 3 years.
