I am a highly qualified and professional accredited trainer and I specialise in developing and delivering training programs to the specific needs of my clients.

I maintain an authentic connection and relationship with my participants and clients, which results in very high attendance, engagement and completion rates.

My qualifications in mental health first aid, counselling, leadership and management provide me with the ability to deliver accredited and non-accredited training in a unique and stimulating way.

My life’s mission is to open up pathways for people so they can reach their goals. I do this by teaching them both practical and psychological skills. In this way, my clients are able to identify and appreciate their strengths, gain confidence in their abilities and have the strategies to navigate their world of life and work.

I deliver programs in an engaged and stimulating manner through the use of real-life stories and personal experience, which allows the content to be relevant, and of interest. My background and easy manner also allows participants to feel included, respected and heard during training sessions.
